With a proven track record across finance, administration, operations, and systems management, Leanne has worked in leadership roles of complex, multi-site organisations for almost 20 years. Formerly in administration, she moved into financial leadership, progressing into Financial Controller and dual finance and operations roles at a leading healthcare provider. These experiences have shaped a collaborative, growth-focused leadership style, centred on building high-performing teams and supporting staff through coaching and mentoring.

Her strategic approach emphasises capability, connection, and culture. Leanne specialises in budgeting and KPI reporting, systems implementation, project management, and operational process improvement. She has successfully led numerous systems integrations and business-wide rollouts, guiding cross-functional teams through change.

Leanne has a Bachelor of Business in Applied Economics and an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management. She is passionate about developing people, streamlining operations, and supporting strategic outcomes that contribute to a thriving firm and a connected business community.
