Murali Sinniah
Director
Murali has over 30 years’ experience locally, nationally and internationally, in advising executives, management and organisations, and delivering strategic, operational and transformational projects and programs across numerous industry sectors. His clients include federal, state, territory and local government, not-for-profits and a wide range of commercial entities from multi-national corporations to family-owned companies and private micro-enterprises.
During his career, Murali has led and successfully delivered diverse engagements including strategic transformations, organisational restructuring, operational efficiency improvement, rapid-response risk remediation, go/no go assessments for critical services, business cases to drive strategic outcomes, and independent review and advisory across programs and projects.
He is considered a trusted advisor by his clients who often say that they get his advice and oversight on their endeavours in order to “keep the consultants honest”.
