Grant Mitchell

Director

For more than 35 years, Grant has guided local, national and international clients and industries in their drive to achieve greater results and efficiencies. In addition to his role as a founding partner of the highly successful McLachlan Hodge Mitchell Consulting practice, he has held senior leadership roles in two “Big Four” consulting firms.

He has worked extensively in the private and middle markets, as well as the public sector and, therefore, appreciates the differing depth and breadth of process required to meet the expectations and governance requirements of both.

Drawing on his formal qualifications and experience in technology, finance and business, Grant’s approach is shaped by a constant focus on providing practical and pragmatic advice that delivers results.

He offers unique insights into the business environment, its current state and potential future state, how to identify, assess and manage risk and how to transition the business to meet strategic objectives in a coordinated, structured and efficient manner.

Grant is well known in both the government and commercial sectors and is recognised for his strategic, practical and real-world methods to challenge the status quo, bring new perspectives, and solve business-critical issues.
