Michelle Kolze

Michelle has experience working with a broad range of clients across a variety of industries, both in Adelaide and interstate. Michelle particularly enjoys working in partnership with her clients to first identify their goals and then develop strategies in order to achieve them.

Michelle’s depth of experience has seen her develop a strong commercial understanding of tax law and how it applies to the individual circumstances of her clients. Being able to tailor her approach in this manner helps her provide advice and solutions in line with their professional and personal needs.

Michelle has a special interest in improving business processes and helping clients get the best out of technology, whether it is through improvements to existing technology or the introduction of new processes. Where there is a better way of doing things, whether it be switching to a different provider, using add-ons to existing software or updating business transactions to be more efficient, Michelle helps her clients to identify the options available to them and implement the best solution.

Recent client projects include:

  • Review of business structures and assisting with restructures
  • Review of eligibility to access the small business CGT concessions and small business rollover concessions
  • Advice on registrations, superannuation and other requirements associated with starting a new business
  • Advice on the Australian tax implications for people entering and leaving Australia
